This is the second of two workshops being offered in May and June for parents.
(Virtual Parent Support Group will resume in July.)

DESCRIPTION:
So, we are all living through a pandemic and we can easily feel overwhelmed and exhausted from the stress we are experiencing while juggling the demands from work, our personal lives, and our overall health. This chronic stress is a fast track to burnout which can be debilitating and very painful. In this workshop will explore the impact of chronic stress in our lives and introduce fundamental daily practices that we can all do to help process our stress in order to prevent burnout.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
• The warning signs for burnout
• Practical strategies for completing the stress cycle
• Psychological practices that can reduce the risk of burnout
